This Privacy Policy describes how My Harmony Now, LLC ("My Harmony Now," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our website, request information, or otherwise interact with us outside of an active clinical relationship (collectively, the "Site").
Important: This Privacy Policy does not apply to your Protected Health Information ("PHI") as defined by HIPAA. If you have engaged, or are in the process of engaging, My Harmony Now for psychiatric care, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices governs how we use and disclose your health information, and that notice controls in the event of any conflict with this Policy.
If you book an appointment, complete an intake form, or communicate with our provider through our patient portal (Headway, operated by Therapymatch, Inc.), your information is handled as described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and, for the portal itself, Headway's own privacy policy.
Information you provide directly. When you click "Get Started" or "Get More Info," you are directed to our booking page hosted on Headway. Any information you submit there is collected by Headway on our behalf and is subject to Headway's privacy policy and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information collected automatically. Our Site may use standard web analytics tools to collect information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This information is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies and similar technologies. We may use cookies to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We do not use website visitor information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Site, with Headway (our booking and patient portal provider), and with legal or safety authorities where required by law.

Our Site is intended for adults seeking psychiatric care and is not directed to children under 13.
